What causes slow downs in the practice?
What improvements would you like to make with your staff?
Do you have antiquated equipment slowing you down?
Is your marketing almost non-existent?
Or, you are doing a lot of marketing but not driving in a lot of new patients?
Have you a system for checking over all the internal marketing points each week to ensure they are in place?
Have you had success with certain external marketing in the past and then dropped it out? What was the successful action?
Is it time for a fresh start in a new location because the building you are in is deteriorating or the area you are in is getting rundown?
When was the last time you gave your office a physical “make-over”?
Are you marketing correctly to reach the kind of patients or clients you’d like to have?
When you implement changes into your practice, do they backslide? Who is responsible for accountability of the team in keeping the changes consistently in place?
Have you tried making transformations in the past only to have a bad result or a dip in the practice? What do you think went wrong?
Are you so busy that you haven’t taken some time to envision a better future for your practice?
These questions will help you start the process of transformation. Answer them and then work out a step-by-step plan of attack and get going. It might seem daunting at first, but accomplishing each step will help you more easily take the next one.
