COURAGE TO MAKE DECISIONS
PERSISTENCE IN FOLLOW THROUGH TO GET THE END RESULT
SELF-MOTIVATED
CAN ADMIT WHEN WRONG
TRUSTING OF OTHERS AND THEMSELVES
BEING AVAILABLE TO THE TEAM
