Bob and Janice Wheeler founded the company in 1989 and their passion has been to help healthcare professionals create extraordinary practices through our core management training and expert one-on-one consulting.

Janice Wheeler

Janice is the fun and fearless leader of a super talented team of insightful and creative strategists, who passionately deliver exceptional help to their clients in reaching beyond the level of success they envisioned for their practices.  In her off time she is very engaged in volunteering and loves doing photography.

Bob Wheeler

cfo/client services manager

Since 1989, Bob has been dedicated to turning our clients’ goals into realities, allowing them to achieve their personal and professional goals. He helps them learn to run successful stress-free practices. Bob is very into cooking, photography and he is always reading some exciting novel.

Marg Harris

Consultant

Marg has been part of the AMI family for over 20 years.  As one of our Consultants Marg has helped over 200 doctors and other health care professionals create and build the practices they always wanted. 

With a steadying hand and extensive management training, she coaches her clients week by week through a morass of issues and barriers to reach the other side where they now have an efficient, profitable practice they love to work in.

Andrea Wheeler

VP of Administration

Andrea has been with AMI for over 15 years and is currently the VP of Administration having gone through the ranks from Receptionist, Marketing Assistant, President’s Assistant, Director of Communications and Director of Publications. She is a crucial part of the company’s history and success.

Needless to say, she is highly experienced with a wealth of knowledge and very capably ensures that the business operates seamlessly.

Maureen Chinweokwu

Finance & Client Services Manager

Maureen is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of corporate experience. With a bachelor’s degree in economics & statistics and a diploma in accounting & payroll administration, her expertise spans finance, client services, and statistics/data management.

Maureen joined the AMI team in November 2018 and has grown to be a key staff who handles the company’s finance and client service divisions excellently.

KAYLEY HORAN

MARKETING ASSISTANT

Kayley is the newest member joining the AMI team assuming the role of Marketing Assistant. She is a recent graduate receiving her degree in business with capabilities that expand into graphic design, social media and digital marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys drawing and painting. She is always ready to bring her enthusiasm, drive and creativity into everything she does!
