Looking back I would have done the program at AMI immediately upon graduating. It would have made life simpler. Before starting to work with AMI, I knew I didn’t have any management training. There were things I couldn’t deal with, primarily in the staffing area. I had no problem with veterinary medicine as this is where I DO have training. I felt like I was driving my head against the wall with staffing issues.  AMI’s training and consulting services gave me management tools for the practice and real life examples on how to handle difficult situations. The system of managing by statistics taught by AMI and the software that goes with it is nothing short of amazing.
