1. Healthcare Practice Management Consultant

Are you a dedicated and motivated individual who loves helping people do well in life and business? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at The Art of Management (AMI) as a Healthcare Practice Management Consultant.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with practice owners to understand their unique challenges and goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of practices to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop customized practice management strategies and solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on staff management, operational efficiency, financial optimization, and patient engagement.
  • Lead workshops and webinars to educate practice owners on effective management techniques.
  • Offer ongoing support and mentorship to ensure the implementation of recommended strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting healthcare practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in healthcare practice management, consulting, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including compliance, regulations, and patient care standards.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

SALESPERSON

  • Practice Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of healthcare practices to identify their needs and challenges.
  • Client Outreach: Reach out to practices, present our services, and offer solutions aligned with their goals.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with practice owners, understanding their aspirations, and addressing their concerns.
  • Solution Presentation: Communicate the benefits of our services and how they can drive practice success.
  • Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups to address queries, provide additional information, and guide practices through the decision-making process.
  • Results Tracking: Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and outcomes using our CRM system.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record in sales or client engagement.
  • Empathy and the ability to understand clients’ needs.
  • Organized and efficient in managing tasks and priorities.
  • Adept at building and nurturing relationships.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry or practice management is a plus.

Small business marketing manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content

RESPONSIBILITIES
